Questions about the Omega 3+6 Pack
Why omega-3 and CLA together?
Both are fatty acids and both are taken the same way, with meals. Omega-3 is better absorbed when you take it with a meal that contains fat, and CLA, which comes from safflower oil, is taken at the same time: you fit both into your day in one go. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. What research has looked at on CLA is summarised in CLA: what the studies say.
Is CLA an omega-6?
CLA, conjugated linoleic acid, is a group of variants of linoleic acid, the main omega-6 in the diet. Ours comes from safflower oil and contains 80% CLA.
How much does it cost per day?
Just over €1 a day: €31.90 for a month of omega-3 and CLA, €2.80 less than buying them separately, with free delivery.
How much do I save with the Omega 3+6 Pack?
You save €8.75 delivered to mainland Spain: €2.80 on the products and €5.95 on shipping. Same basket, no coupon, with the quantity discount the shop applies automatically: €40.65 bought separately and delivered to mainland Spain, versus €31.90 for the pack with free shipping.
How long does each product last?
Anchovy Omega-3: 30 days. CLA: 30 days.
How long does it take to arrive?
1-2 working days to mainland Spain, 2-3 working days to the Balearic Islands and 24-72 h to mainland Portugal, with free delivery.
