Where are your products made?
In Spain, with IFS Food and BRCGS Food Safety certification. Nutri Gains is a company from Girona that designs its own formulas. Magnesium Bisglycinate + B6 is from NG Advanced, our other supplement line.
What quality controls do your products have?
They are made in Spain with IFS Food and BRCGS Food Safety certification, every raw material arrives with its technical data sheet and every tub or bottle carries its batch number. We explain it on our quality page.
How long does delivery take?
Between 1 and 2 working days to mainland Spain, 2-3 working days to the Balearic Islands and 24-72 h to mainland Portugal. It is free from €60 and on all packs; below that, it costs €5.95, or €6.95 to the Balearic Islands.
Do you deliver to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla?
To the Balearic Islands, yes: your order arrives in 2-3 working days and delivery costs €6.95, free from €60 and on all packs. For now we do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira or the Azores.
Do you have a welcome discount?
Yes: 10% off your first order with the code BIENVENIDA10, except on magnesium. It does not apply if your order includes a pack or already has the quantity discount, and it cannot be combined with other discounts.
Is there a multi-buy discount?
On individual products, 10% off when you buy 2 units of the same product and 15% off when you buy 3, except for CLA, the protein and magnesium. It is applied automatically in the basket.
What are the advantages of the packs?
You save between €5.40 and €23.10 compared with buying the products separately, and delivery is always free.
What should I do if the seal arrives broken or a product is missing?
Do not open the box. Take 7 photos (one of each side and another of the shipping label next to the seal) and send them to us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, at info@nutrigains.es or on WhatsApp. They help us make a claim with the courier, and you keep your guarantee rights even if you cannot send them. We explain it all in delivery and returns.
Can I return an order?
You have 14 calendar days from receiving it, with the products unopened and sealed. Email us at pedidos@nutrigains.es with your order number. We explain it in delivery and returns.
Do your products carry health claims?
We use the claims authorised by Regulation (EU) No 432/2012, with their official wording: for example, those for creatine, omega-3, the vitamins in Nitrus, protein and magnesium. For CLA, L-carnitine and BCAAs, each product page tells you what is in them and how to take them, with a link to their studies.
Can I take Sleep Recovery and magnesium together?
Sleep Recovery already contains magnesium. If you want to take both, check with your pharmacist or doctor first so you can adjust your total magnesium intake.
Can I take them if I am pregnant or on medication?
Check with your doctor or pharmacist first. You will find the full composition on each product page to show them.
Are they suitable for under-18s?
Our products are designed for adults. For anyone under 18, always check with a paediatrician or doctor first.
